Suzy had just helped us in selling our house and we were ready to find our dream home. Suzy helped us in searching an area not that accessible to most without hesitation. She has a true passion for what she does and it’s easy to see in how she approaches her work. She also is amazing when showing a property. She is able to help you see all aspects of the property from a neutral perspective and really just wants you to fine the right one for you. We found “the one” and were able to secure a contract but ran into issues with the inspections. We needed work done to the property which caused a lot of delays and extensions. With the other agent Being unresponsive to any of our communications Suzy went above and beyond doing everything she could to support us through the process reaching out to contracts, inspectors, attorneys etc. she was our sanity in a stressful process. At then end of it all we closed on our dream home with all the needed repairs made. But we couldn’t have done it without Suzy.

She was very active in every step of the process and kept my husband and me updated every step of the way. Let me tell you how blessed we were having Suzy Couture as the Realtor that sold my parents house. She truly was an angel sent at the right time. It is never easy to sell your house you’ve lived in forever and under unpleasant circumstances makes the experience, well, stressful and emotional for everyone involved. Suzy came to sit with my parents and myself for the original meeting at the house and was not only professional but sympathetic and respectful to both my parents. She talked to both of them for hours explaining everything. She explained every way possible to put the house on the market.
