I always wanted to build a house, but with Suzy’s help in finding this house all my dreams came true, and I never have to build one. I’m already in it. We drove by it on a Sunday, she was quick to make the appt. for a walk through on that Tuesday, guiding me along, (knowing I’m a first time buyer) she asked me the right questions & addressed some of my concerns. She was positive, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, most importantly someone I could talk things out with. I could picture my kids growing up here. After falling in love with the house (yes you’ll know when it happens) she helped us sell our condo by putting it on the market that same Friday and the following Monday we made an offer on our home. Suzy had just helped us in selling our house and we were ready to find our dream home. Suzy helped us in searching an area not that accessible to most without hesitation. She has a true passion for what she does and it’s easy to see in how she approaches her work. She also is amazing when showing a property. She is able to help you see all aspects of the property from a neutral perspective and really just wants you to fine the right one for you. We found “the one” and were able to secure a contract but ran into issues with the inspections. We needed work done to the property which caused a lot of delays and extensions. Suzy Couture was a pleasure to work with. I was coming from a distance and she made herself available–in fact the first time we visited the house I ended up buying, there was a snowstorm. I got stuck in the snow at the house after that. Then when my GPS didn’t work, I lost my cell phone and I  missed our walk-through the day before the closing she came back to do it with me the morning of the closing. And yes, Suzy, the sellers cleaned up the junk pile afterward.
